Our Booking Policies:

$500.00 Non-Refundable Deposit to Hold the Date. This amount is deducted from the final invoice


Two (2) weeks prior to the event, guest count, menu selections, and balance of invoice is due. You may continue to add to the guest count, but you may not decrease the guest count as our staff will have begun food production.


We accept all major credit cards (3.5% processing fee), personal & business checks, and cash

  • Our staff will arrive two (2) hours early to set up the food service areas.
  • Staff serving the event is a maximum of four (4) hours.
  • Staff hours to clean up food service areas, load our company vehicles, etc., is one (1) hour
  • Staff on site for an event is a total of seven (7) hours
  • Additional staff hours are invoiced as overtime at the rate of $75/ per hour /per staff member
