~ Wine Tasting Dinners ~
Multi course wine pairing dinners are becoming increasingly popular at contemporary events. Our staff works extensively with Alaska Wine Guy Boutique Wines and Anchorage Wine House (Mike McVitte), to achieve the perfect pairing of food and wine.
A typical wine pairing dinner is made of 9 platings of appetizers, entrees and desserts, with each being a 'petite bite' paired with a complimenting wine.
Pricing starts at $125.00 per person, which includes petite bites selections and a credit towards the wine purchase. Pricing may increase dependant upon the menu and wine selections.
Time frame for a wine pairing dinner is 3-4 hours.

A typical beer pairing dinner is made of 7 platings of appetizers, entrees and desserts, with each being a 'petite bite' paired with a complimenting beer. At each course, Shawn will explain the origins of the beer and why it is paried withthis particular food item.
Pricing starts at $100.00 per person, which includes the wine and petite bites selections. Pricing may increase dependant upon the menu and beer selections.
Time frame for a beer pairing dinner is 3-4 hours.
